Boxotel offers 20 units with modular furniture including retractable beds, standing desks, and folding tables. All units feature full kitchens with Bosch induction cooktops, Samsung refrigerators, Miele dishwashers, and washer/dryer units. Rooms include automated temperature and lighting controls, yoga mats, and Malin+Goetz toiletries in dispensers. The apartment suite (530 ft²) has two levels, a private terrace with barbecue, and a bathroom with double shower and separate bathtub.
Rooftop Spa Terrace
The top-floor spa features a year-round jacuzzi on the terrace with downtown views. Indoor facilities include a dry sauna, steam bath, and relaxation area. An endless pool provides counter-current swimming. The terrace has seating areas, dining spaces, and a summer barbecue. Spa access is included for guests daily from 9 AM to 9 PM. Appia Spa Nomade offers in-room massages by appointment.

Located in Montreal's Quartier des Spectacles, Boxotel is a 4-minute walk from Saint-Laurent Metro Station (Green Line) and 6-minute walk from Berri-UQAM Station (Orange/Green/Yellow Lines). The hotel sits near the Musée d'art contemporain, Place des Arts, and SAT. Multiple Bixi bicycle stations are located two blocks away, with indoor bicycle parking available in the lobby.
